- Tuesday, the owner sees: a pour counts on plant reported down — the pour notice and the breakdown side by side, each with its message.
- One request to site works, with a date; the pour moves, or a pump is hired, and the answer says which.
- Thursday is a working day, not a lost one.

Cameras that describe places, never people.
Cameras, if you want them: one zone per camera, one closed question — for example: are guard rails and toe boards in place along the scaffold platform?
