We build software that reads how a company really works, and shows the people responsible what needs a decision.
Intelligence supports the decision. People make it.

Sound familiar?
It was all said in the team's group. Nobody saw it in time.
The report arrived at the end of the month: late, and polished.
As the owner, I am the last to find out.
Every department read, every morning.
FDI reads what your teams already write — group messages, voice notes, photos of invoices, documents — in Arabic, French or English, and shows each department, and you, what needs a decision.
- One brain per departmentEach department has its own record, its own pages and its own brief every morning.
- You see summaries and decisionsNever the team's raw messages: nobody reads another department's messages, the owner included.
- Requests and handoffs, trackedWhat one department asks of another is tracked with a date, and comes back answered: a new date or a refusal always with its reason.
Cameras that describe places, never people.
Each camera watches one zone and answers one closed question. The answer goes to the department it concerns.
- Places, never peopleAn exit blocked, a guard rail missing, a bin area overflowing. People are only ever counted, anonymously, in a zone.
- No face recognitionFace recognition, naming a person and following someone from camera to camera are refused before anything runs. In every saved picture, heads are pixelated.
- Every event says how far to trust itWhere a check has been measured on labelled footage, its event carries the measured accuracy. Until then it is marked “to confirm”.
Five layers, in plain words
Read messages in Arabic, French and English and write a short summary. That is common now, and not where the value is.
The model that reads your messages runs on our own server; no message is sent to an outside AI service. Each client has its own private instance. Hosted privately by us by default. Running it on your own hardware is possible on request, after a technical assessment.
Each message is read by the model once. Routing, the checks between departments, the brief's figures and the amounts on an invoice are done in code.
Seven steps between your data and an action — preparation, the model, its confidence, your business rules and a person's review — and the model is only one of them.
Most problems in a company live between departments. When two departments' plans cannot both be true, the owner sees it, with both sides.
The economics. The model is the expensive part, so it is called only where nothing cheaper can do the job: once per message. Everything that can be counted, checked or routed is done in code — fast, cheap and the same every time.
Where we have a sector pack
Each pack knows the sector's departments, what passes between them, and the checks that find where they disagree.
Hospitality
Restaurants and groups of restaurants: the kitchen, the dining room, purchasing and stores, delivery.
The menu promises a dish whose ingredient purchasing has stopped buying
Are the bins closed with the area clear, or overflowing?

Construction
Contractors and their sites: site works, procurement and logistics, quality control, safety, planning, plant, finance, people.
A pour counts on plant reported down
Are guard rails and toe boards in place along the scaffold platform?

Manufacturing
A manufacturer: production lines, maintenance, quality, supply, the warehouse, safety, sales, finance and people.
Quality holds a batch that sales has promised
Is the marked aisle or emergency exit blocked?

The line we hold
- Nobody is ranked, rated, timed or judgedNot by the owner, not by us, not by the software. A request that would do it is refused.
- No face recognition7 Brains Vision describes places. It never identifies, names or follows a person.
- Each client in its own private instanceIts own service, database and keys. One client's data is never mixed with another's.
- Nothing seen without the owner's yesOur support opens a client's content only with the owner's approval, for a time that expires by itself. Every such access is written down.
Three steps, honestly timed
- Day 1
Your private instance
We set it up with you, on site or remotely. You add your departments and invite your team — each person needs only a name and a phone number or an email.
- Day 1–2
Your history, your first brief
Import a WhatsApp chat export or connect your groups. Your first brief arrives the next morning, or the same day if you imported history.
- Weeks 1–4
One operation, one question
We start with one operation, one site or one question you cannot answer today, and train your people. Then you decide, with what it found in front of you.
